My journey to mental healthcare

I obtained a BA in education, but after teaching for a year, I realized I enjoyed learning about my students' lives more than the actual teaching. In addition, I engaged in my own psychotherapy during this time, and it changed the trajectory of my life, so I wanted to provide that to others.
