I work in healthcare as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with different populations, from children to adults, in inpatient psychiatric hospitals with chemical dependency and outpatient services. I create a supportive space where you can explore your mental health needs and work toward meaningful change.
My focus
I work with patients aged 18 to over 65 years of age. I treat patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, and ADHD.
My approach
The theoretical approaches I draw from include: cognitive-behavioral principles, mindfulness and self-compassion concepts, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and solution-focused thinking
