I am an engaged, curious listener who synthesizes information to provide clients with an honest, helpful, BIG picture perspective to promote growth and personal well-being. I use a relaxed, conversational style approach to facilitate a warm, safe place to explore feelings, gain insight, and restore balance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because it was a profession that requires both thinking and feeling. Life is often a balance between thinking and feeling. I named my business "Homeostasis" because it reflects the tendency of the natural world, including humans, to return to a state of balance after disruption.

My goals for you

Asking questions and being genuinely interested in your unique story helps me understand what is important to you and your values. Values determine action. Action leads to progress. Progress leads to traction and traction leads to satisfaction.

Our first session

First sessions can be challenging because you might be nervous. You might wonder how much to share and whether it's a good fit or whether you can trust me with your vulnerability. Rest assured, I do my best to put you at ease, respect your wishes, and applaud your courage.
