My journey to mental healthcare

Witnessing loved ones struggle with chronic health conditions opened my eyes to the deep emotional toll of physical challenges. This personal experience, coupled with my work in medical social work, ignited my passion for holistic therapy.

My goals for you

We'll work together to set goals that act as guideposts on your journey. These goals will be practical and doable, broken down into steps you can actually take. As we go along, we'll check in and adjust these goals to make sure they still fit what you need and want.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you and your story. I'll create a welcoming space where you can share what brings you to therapy and your goals. We'll focus on building rapport as I listen to your perspective and experiences.
