Authentic living means living out of courage instead of fear, and asserting yourself with creativity and self-acceptance.
My approach
Most therapists focus on your problems and address them either directly through thoughts and behaviors, or indirectly by accessing your unconscious mind. My approach is different. I utilize existential therapy to help you dig deep to find new resources. I also utilize the brain's five states to help you gain new perspectives on your life.
