Making the decision to seek counseling can feel uncomfortable. When we first meet, I take my time to get to know you. Building rapport and developing a trusting relationship is paramount to having a successful experience and seeing progress.

My focus

I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I have worked with a wide range of ages, from preschool to older adults. I have a strong personal Christian faith and can support those who wish to include this in their counseling experience.

My approach

My approach consists of providing an emotionally safe and comfortable environment. I value and respect each individual and strive to provide a place where even the most difficult emotions can be honored and held.
