My communication style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I aim to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. I provide clear guidance, ask thoughtful questions, and offer support that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs and goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with working in the community and supporting others, where I witnessed challenges and barriers people face. Through these experiences and the relationships I built, I became drawn to therapy as a way to help people reflect, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by building on their strengths and resources. We explore their background and concerns, clarify short- and long-term goals, and create practical, personalized plans that empower them to overcome obstacles and move toward the life they want to live.

The first session is a chance to connect and begin understanding your story. We explore what brings you here, what therapy can be, and how we might work together. It’s also a space for your questions, so we can start aligned, grounded, and ready to move toward your goals.
