My journey to mental healthcare

I've experienced grief, anger, trauma, and the effects of broken relationships. With guidance and mentoring, I went through a long journey to recovery. After overcoming negative thoughts, I decided to help others facing similar challenges, sharing from a practical and experienced perspective.
