My focus
I work with adults 18+ who are seeking help with relationship issues, poor coping skills, anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and past trauma. As well as couples dealing with infidelity, struggling with commitment, or looking to add the spark back.
My approach
I use a combination of talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Establishing trust through the development of unconditional positive regard in a non-judgmental environment.
