Communication is the key to healthy relationships. I provide support in an honest and non-judgmental manner, encouraging you to be free to be yourself. I respect your authentic self. Open, honest, transparent communication is essential for building our therapeutic relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was a high school educator and decided to work with people on a more personal level rather than in a group setting. I am highly empathetic and desire to connect with individuals who need support as they navigate a difficult time in their lives.

You're encouraged to share your reasons for seeking treatment. We'll collaboratively develop goals and monitor progress in conjunction with your comfort level and desired outcome.

Our first session

The first session is all about getting to know you and what you may be struggling with. Sharing about your present and past provides insight into what brings you to therapy and possible ways I can support you. We'll discuss how long you've experienced the problem, how it affects you, and what has or hasn't worked.
