My journey to mental healthcare

I spent my early career advocating for survivors of sexual assault and violent crime in the court system. I've served as a hospital social worker in Oncology, Palliative Care, and Hospice. I enjoy learning about the lives of others and consider it a privilege to support clients on their path towards change.

Grief, trauma, and life transitions can feel overwhelming, but I believe, with the right support, everyone has the potential to heal and thrive. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop self-compassion, and create a life that aligns with their values.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together over time.
