Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

I will support you every step of the way as you grow. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach using strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical therapy. I work with clients experiencing life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and life adjustments.

My focus

I know how hard it can be to experience depression, anxiety, and past trauma. We will work together to alleviate the symptoms you are experiencing and find a path forward. I have worked with many clients who are experiencing a high level of stress-whether it is work, personal, or family life.

My approach

My approach is strength-based and client-centered. You are essentially driving the bus. You will be able to set your own pace and decide what goals you would like to achieve.
