Hi there, I'm Mandi!

Congratulations on choosing to invest in yourself by engaging in therapy. I'm here to help you get the most out of it. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating addictions, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

My focus

My ideal clients are adult couples or individuals who are self-motivated to improve their life circumstances and interested in learning more about themselves.

My approach

I follow your lead while providing direction where helpful. With couples, I use the Gottman Method to assess problems and create a treatment plan. With individuals, my approach is humanistic and cognitive-behavioral. Trauma is addressed with prolonged exposure or narrative therapy. I keep you informed and check in frequently about your goals.
