I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners identify the patterns that shape their interactions and work with strengthening their emotional connection, restore trust, and develop strong, secure bonds. In addition, I support individuals in exploring the emotional, relational, and family system patterns that influence their daily lives.
My approach
My clinical approach is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment, intersubjectivity, and neuropsychology. I help individuals, couples, and families explore how the bonds they form are functioning in their lives; whether those bonds are effective, strained, or in need of repair. We will work together to identify your goals with clarity.
