Together, we will focus on you, self-understanding, and empowerment so you can live your life to the fullest.
My approach
I use several approaches, such as Solution Focused Therapy, to draw upon your strengths and build steps towards your goals. I also use Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to give you tools to cope and support your progress.
