My journey to mental healthcare

My path wasn’t a straight line. Before becoming a therapist, I served as a housing case manager and youth advocate, witnessing firsthand the resilience it takes to navigate complex systems. These roles shaped my commitment to supporting women, LGBTQIA+ folks, and creatives in reclaiming their voices and building a life on their own terms.

In our first session, we’ll find our rhythm. While I’ll gather your history through a biopsychosocial lens, it won't feel like a clinical interrogation. It is a grounded conversation about your story where I empower you to decide if we’re a good fit. I want you to feel seen as a whole person, ensuring you have the final say in our partnership.
