My journey to mental healthcare

I've experienced periods of my own anxiety and depression in life. I never hesitated in accessing my own therapy when I needed help. I'm enrolled in individual therapy today, and I see it as a critical part of my overall health plan.

My goals for you

At intake, counseling treatment goal identification and time frames are established; you may be specific on what you want to work or we will come up with treatment goals together that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable, and Time Oriented (SMART). Counseling approach strategies and resources will be identified to help meet your goals.

Our first session

I know the first session can feel a bit uncomfortable...after all, it's our first meeting! Please know that you are in control of how much or how little you want to share. I will provide structure to this initial meeting by asking what you want from the therapy experience and if you have specific goals you want to achieve.
