Hi there, I'm Janelle!
My name is Janelle, and I provide a safe space where you can explore the realities of your difficulties. There are times in life when we all encounter roadblocks. These can be quite challenging and halt us from moving in any direction. In these times, it is normal to desperately search for solutions outside ourselves.
My focus
I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, ADHD, grief, codependency, self-esteem, coping skills, healthy aging, women’s issues, life balancing, and overall well-being.
My approach
I utilize Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-Focused Therapy. I also bring a whole person approach to counseling, which emphasizes understanding and addressing each client in a larger context/or whole, rather than focusing solely on specific issues or symptoms.
