Hi there, I'm Angela!
I have worked with clients from 3 to 93 years of age. I have practiced in many different settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care offices, inpatient mental health units, substance use, in jails, and prisons. I have developed a well-rounded toolbox to assist my clients in achieving the life that they want to live.

My ideal client is ready to reflect, gain insight, and make changes to get where they want to be. I help people navigate transitions and build confidence in their strengths so they know they can handle life's inevitable storms.
My approach
My primary toolbox is generally from DBT, which is an approach that enables us to recognize how we came to where we are, while also identifying that what we are doing isn't working for us at this time. Ultimately, it includes working to alter old maladaptive patterns, develop new skills, and build towards you living your best life.
