My focus
I work with diverse adults across the lifespan, including LGBTQ+ and gender diverse individuals and families. I support clients experiencing grief and loss, perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, parental stress, posttraumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, and religious trauma.
My approach
I provide a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to supporting your individual goals. The therapeutic approach we use will depend on your personal needs and preferences. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
