My journey began with a strong foundation in nursing. Over the years, my passion for mental health care deepened as I worked with individuals across diverse settings and backgrounds. My clinical approach is shaped by both rigorous academic training and hands-on experience.

Together, we set both short-term and long-term goals. I encourage self-reflection and resilience, reminding you that growth is not always linear.
