Hi there, I'm Tamera!

Sharing your thoughts, feelings, and worries can feel intimidating. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I'll be here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

My focus

I work with individuals of all ages. From school-age children and adolescents who are struggling with their big feelings and/or need ADHD diagnostic testing and evaluation to adults who are struggling with high-stress jobs, anxiety, or depression symptoms. Or older patients understanding their thoughts, feelings, & worries about the aging process.

My approach

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. motivational interviewing, strengths-based perspective, and problem-solving approaches. These approaches are hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Your goals & progress are my primary focus.
