I work with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I enjoy helping people find their joy and their own path.

My approach
My approach is eclectic, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, ERP, family systems, and narrative therapy based on each client’s needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, authentic space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
