Hi there, I'm Janise!

Helping clients get back to feeling more in control of their emotions, their relationships or whatever therapy goals they may have is a partnership that I commit to wholeheartedly no matter the length of time I see them.

My focus

I work with a myriad of adults from various age groups who might be struggling with anxiety and self-doubt. I also work with those going through larger life transitions like becoming a parent or moving up in their career. Additionally, I enjoy working with those going through harder issues like divorce, relationship troubles, or uncertainty.

My approach

I have utilized a wide variety of treatment modalities in the field while working with so many populations, but I specialize in Motivational Interviewing, Brief Dynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative. My hope is to always make sure each of my clients feels that they have met their goals by providing patience and empathy.
