Welcome to my page! I am a licensed therapist in Michigan, California, Florida, and Washington with over a decade of experience assisting others to relieve distress and promote and restore positive relationships. I work with adults, helping them overcome anxious thoughts and behaviors and process past experiences.
My focus
I work with adults one-on-one. My passion is helping others get their needs met and overcome conflict. Using attachment theory and nonviolent communication, we will uncover each other's motivations and find ways to speak up that feel better and are more likely to be met with compassion and empathy by others.
My approach
