I assist individuals in building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and developing practical coping skills to manage life's challenges with a healing, grounded, and reflective sense of self.
My focus
I primarily work with women, gender-diverse, and Neurodiverse individuals. My areas of specialization include Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders and Body Image, Self-Harm and Harm Reduction, as well as Stress and Resilience during Life Transitions and Women's Issues.
My approach
I employ mindfulness, skills training, behavioral analysis, and change interventions to enhance self-awareness and refine skills. I integrate Attachment Theory with Motivational Interviewing to identify and cultivate strengths-based tools, aiding in coping with challenges and promoting personal development.
