My journey to mental healthcare

My desire to become a Social Worker originated from an interest in understanding human resilience & adaptability in the face of life's challenges. Over the years, I have seen how the therapeutic process promotes recovery. I believe that every individual possesses the potential for personal growth, recovery, & enduring transformation.

I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll review your history, discuss your challenges, identify barriers, clarify your goals, note what's helpful, and create a plan. It's normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process, and I'll guide you along the way.
