I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I provide warm, collaborative therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping clients build regulation, resilience, and meaningful change through life’s challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist through early work supporting children and families across diverse settings, including international practice. Over time, I saw how compassionate, responsive care can create real change, which led me to pursue this work and continue supporting others with intention and care.

I help clients set goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with their values. Together, we break goals into manageable steps, track progress over time, and adjust as needed, using practical strategies and reflection to support sustainable growth both in and outside of sessions.
