Hi there, I'm Savannah!
Savannah’s subjective experience allows her the perspective of many lifetimes, believing that each person’s rich subjective experience is fundamentally unique. She pulls from her background working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors in an integrated women’s health shelter and strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment.
My focus
I work from a strengths-based and relational model, meaning that trust must be established first before we can “do the work.” I am not keen on diagnoses, but use them instead, as a guide towards how I can best serve you. I enjoy working with clients who experience low self-esteem, identity issues, relational/attachment issues, perfectionism & PTSD.
My approach
My practice is eclectic and borrows from psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive orientations. I believe that each person’s rich subjective experience is fundamentally unique. In my clinical work, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel welcome in expressing yourself fully, working at a pace that feels comfortable.
