I am an MSW, LICSW, an adoptee, and a therapist who specializes in psychotherapy for adoptees. I understand how adoption can shape identity, grief, attachment, and relationships in ways that are often misunderstood. I offer a thoughtful, validating space where the full complexity of your experience can be explored.
My focus
My client focus includes adoptees and others navigating identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, reunion, estrangement, and the long-term emotional impact of adoption. I work well with clients who feel there are parts of their story they have had to silence or carry alone. In therapy, we can explore those layers with care.
My approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and adoption-competent. I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy with me makes room for insight, emotion, and practical change while honoring your pace and your story.
