Hi there, I'm Parmis!

I specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, and other perpetual habits that seem unhealthy. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and about creating a safe space to be ourselves. We'll look at how our nervous system and childhood experiences influence our current feelings and reactions.

My focus

I typically work with individuals who are Neurospicy (ADHD/ADD), individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and/or depression, maybe some trauma, and negative childhood experiences. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQA+ community.

My approach

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps identify and transform negative patterns. We examine recurring thoughts and behaviors, shedding light on automatic responses and emotions. This promotes greater emotional awareness and healing of relational distress with others and ourselves.
