People want to decrease stress, feel grounded, and secure. It's what I want too. We often become stuck in circumstances and in our own minds, which can cause significant distress and erode our sense of self. I can help you sort through difficult thoughts, emotions, and change behaviors that do not serve you anymore.

Transitioning through stages of life can be difficult. Responsibilities change. Relationships change. Our bodies change. Friendships and family relations change. We struggle to adapt if we were not given proper tools and support to appreciate self, evaluate circumstances, and take action on our own behalf.

I have 25 years of experience working with a variety of individuals and a multitude of issues. I can engage with just about anyone because I am authentic, direct, and genuinely care for others. No one needs an authority; we need someone we can trust, who can validate, find humor, support, challenge, and provide skills for growth and recovery.
