Hi there, I'm Christina!

Navigating a full human experience can feel like both a blessing and an incredible challenge. I've worked alongside people from many different backgrounds addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, and relational issues. Starting therapy is a great step in understanding our humanness and receiving support.

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds exploring what feels authentic and meaningful. I support clients addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, relational issues, and personal development through the complexities of their lives.

I utilize humanistic, interpersonal, and holistic approaches. When we understand even a little more about our brains and bodies for the season of life we are in, we can really start to influence change in our lives for the good, the wholesome, and better.

In my sessions, I strive to cultivate a compassionate, direct, and clarifying space. You can expect warmth and honesty as we explore what matters most to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I, too, am a woman, mother, partner, someone to someone or something. I'm familiar with the natural rhythms of love and loss that are inherent in the human experience. From this place of shared humanity, I work to support my clients in acknowledging, accepting, and changing aspects of their lives.

My goals for you

Treatment goals are set and guided by you. Clinical recommendations as to where to start can sometimes be helpful, but I have found that clients know intrinsically where to start and where to go. Together we can trust the process that exists within.

Our first session

First sessions are meet and greets and sharing of your life's story as you identify with it so far. I hold the space where you can tell your story and also ask questions of me as a provider so that you can determine if I would be a good fit for you and your journey into wellness.
