My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a dysfunctional environment and want to help others facing similar challenges. I have a deep interest in watching people grow and change, and I want to provide support through life's obstacles and celebrate their successes.

My goals for you

Creating a roadmap, tracking progress, and enhancing communication are just a few examples of how I can help people reach their goals. Together, we will identify what matters most to you and build practical steps toward meaningful change.

Our first session

I will ask what brought you to therapy and build a rapport by asking questions and sharing information about my work and a little about myself. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood from the very start.
