I've had a Phd in clinical psychology for 20 years, specializing in leadership, high-performers, and caregivers. Most of the people I work with already understand themselves reasonably well, but still find themselves repeating patterns that limit their effectiveness, relationships, wellness, or sense of integrity.

I also work with couples (or one person) navigating significant transitions—whether deciding to stay together or separate.
