My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health care was deeply personal. I've always been drawn to understanding people's emotions and experiences, and I witnessed how untreated mental health challenges can deeply affect individuals and families. What drives me most is seeing people find hope, healing, and the strength they didn't know they had.
