My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experiences navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the challenges of life transitions. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when patterns in relationships, emotions, and daily life create stress, confusion, and pain. These experiences inspired and shaped my approach to helping clients.
