I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and therapy should be tailored to their unique experiences, values, and goals. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered to move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
