My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I'm a phenomenal listener, problem solver, and processor. I appropriately integrate humor and seriousness while prioritizing your goals. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything.

My journey to mental healthcare

I experienced several traumas growing up, which led me to this path. I've always been drawn to helping others. What drives me is seeing individuals succeed with the tools they've been given and live life to their fullest potential.

My goals for you

We'll work together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This often starts by building trust and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we'll set goals and track your progress.

Our first session

In our first session, I want to get to know you. We'll discuss the challenges you're dealing with and start developing goals for therapy. At the end of the session and moving forward, I like to check in for feedback to ensure we're a good fit. I want you to feel comfortable, safe, heard, and understood.
