I specialize in helping burned-out helpers—teachers, healthcare workers, caregivers—unpack the overwhelm, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. Therapy with me is supportive, honest, and built to help you breathe again.
My focus
You're tired—like fantasizing about a week alone in a cabin with no Wi-Fi tired. If you're constantly showing up for everyone else at work, at home, in relationships but can't remember the last time someone asked how you're doing, we should talk. Burnout, compassion fatigue, and codependency are very real and very exhausting.
My approach
My approach is conversational, practical, and trauma-informed. I create a space where you can vent, laugh, speak freely, and also get gently challenged when needed. We'll look at what's draining you, explore patterns, and start building tools to cope, set limits, and prioritize your own needs.
