Hi there, I'm Jennifer!
I have a mission to help those who find themselves stuck grow stronger through education based on up-to-date information about the mind and body, while allowing for your growth at your own pace. Science has learned that there is a lot more to our problems than being able to 'just deal with it,' and I aim to help you be more prepared in life.
My focus
I work with all ages and genders. I help improve self-love, learn about strengths, feel strong, understand what is happening to cause the problems, improve goals, use self-care, and much more. I become your advocate for your journey during therapy. My clients find that I use the approach that is most comfortable for them, and I am flexible.
My approach
I use a client-centered approach where the client chooses what to work on. I use Solution Focused, so anything we discuss will be aimed toward your goals. I can incorporate Internal Family Systems when it seems like a stuck situation, as well as provide tools in DBT and Polyvagal format. All my work is trauma-informed.
