Coming into session should feel like meeting with a long-time familiar face that is there to support and cheer you on your journey ahead. The hour is for you to confide and express as you seek your truth. I have a non-judgmental and warm approach with many tools in my tool kit.

My journey to mental healthcare

I used to feel stuck and when I was able to access the tools in my kit from my own therapist, it made me realize I had so much to give back.
