I work with people experiencing anxiety, mood changes, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. As a woman and first-generation Vietnamese immigrant, I'm motivated to work with people from similar communities.

My approach

My approach is person-centered, interactive, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction. I meet you where you are and work with you to get where you want to be. I believe therapy is personal, and everyone's needs are unique. I'd love to get to know you and what works for you in therapy.

I value validation and active listening while being honest and direct. I focus on strengths, gather information through questions, and provide honest feedback and suggestions when appropriate.

I struggled to find a therapist who was a good fit for my mental health needs. For that reason, I'm motivated to offer accessible mental health care for people with diverse needs.
