My approach
I like to use cognitive behavioral (CBT) techniques and skills to assist with reframing thoughts and emotions for better behavioral responses and healthier outcomes. I like to focus on motivations and 'why' it's important to do this work. I strongly believe in the importance of mindfulness, silence, meditation, and breathing techniques too.
