I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress.

I provide clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences.
