I am young at heart and try to find the positive and humor in this complex life. I have a calm demeanor, and I am open to feedback that strengthens our therapeutic relationship. I highly value honesty in my personal and professional life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist later in life. My parents were a big influence in my desire to help people, and I learned from them to lend a hand or an ear. In addition, having experienced a lot in my 50+ years, I believe that I bring a unique, well-rounded, non-judgmental perspective to my counseling style.

My goals for you

I work with clients to formulate therapeutic interventions and goals based on individualized needs. Therapy is not "cookie-cutter."

I approach initial sessions with curiosity, openness, and non-judgment in an effort to really understand my clients and their struggles. I strive to be a teammate and "cheerleader" in your journey.
