Hi there, I'm Sheila!

I am a Counselor licensed in Washington State, with over 14 years of experience. I see my clients as individuals deserving respect, compassion, and gentle help in discovering their best selves and their best lives.

My focus

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, poor self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. I am also experienced with Neurodivergent clients and those questioning their identity and purpose.

My approach

I use primarily cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), play therapy, and art therapy interventions, but I am also certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). However, I have many resources to tailor therapy to individual client needs.
