My journey to mental healthcare

Human resiliency has always inspired and motivated me to want to be a part of the healing process. I was drawn to the therapy field by a desire to provide an open and non-judgmental space for people to explore and achieve their life goals.

I provide strengths-based support in assisting clients in identifying goals and tools to cope with life stressors safely and thrive.

Our first session

The first session will be a time for us to discuss your expectations and goals, along with answering any questions you may have. We will move at a pace that is comfortable for you, and develop a plan for future sessions moving forward.
