I am clinically trained with a strong Christian Counseling background, bringing both professional expertise and faith-based perspective to my work with clients.

I work with anyone needing help. I am a Navy Veteran and have worked for state entities. A lot of my clients are first responders and Veterans navigating unique challenges related to service.

My approach

I use numerous theoretical approaches. I am mainly solution-focused. This means I will adjust the treatment to the client's needs.

I work on building trust first. I use humor and compassion to make the sessions non-intimidating. We are here to work together to come up with a plan that is best for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I just enjoy helping others. It's my way of paying it back to Veterans and First responders. I set out on this journey and haven't looked back.
