I aim to support you through the heavy moments that leave you feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface and make more conscious choices. At times, I’ll gently challenge old patterns; at others, we slow down, feel, and soften into acceptance.

My approach

I offer a holistic space for healing, blending mindfulness-based, somatic practices, Parts work (IFS), and CBT. Together, we explore your inner world with compassion and return to the present moment for clarity and renewal. With your permission, I also incorporate spiritual healing practices into a soul-led experience.

I emphasize honest, open communication to foster a space that feels safe and free of judgment. I listen attentively and invite you to explore your experiences alongside me in a compassionate, collaborative way. When we’re navigating something difficult, I remain steady, patient, and grounded.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into therapy was shaped by my own healing journey and a deep curiosity about resilience. Working with trauma survivors has shown me the transformative power of therapy. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
