I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, and I truly enjoy getting to know the people I work with. My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider started when I was 18 years old, working in a residential home with 53 individuals in 7 homes. It may not have been a typical first job, but it sparked a passion that has guided my career ever since. From there, I worked for years inpatient then moved to outpatient, hospital settings and research.

My goal is to help you better understand your mental health, identify what’s getting in the way of living the life you want, and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic with your goals in mind. A treatment plan will allow us to have direction and a path to meet your goals.
